Shipping Schedule:
Our online store operates 24/7, and we ship orders Monday 10am PST through Friday 2pm PST, excluding select holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If you have an order that has not been fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends, major holidays and preorders), please feel free to reach out to us at support@deathtouchgamingandcomics.com anytime.
- Cost of Shipping:
Please note that we offer free shipping on orders that value $200 and above within the contiguous United States (Offer Excludes Hawaii & Alaska). Our free shipping offer is subject to changes & exclusions. Orders valuing less than $200 placed within the contiguous United States are charged for shipping and handling accordingly. -
Customs Fees and Import Taxes:
Please be aware that customers are solely responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fees at the time of purchase. We kindly advise our customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations and any associated costs prior to placing an order.

Order Processing and Shipment:
We endeavor to process and ship orders promptly. In most cases, shipments will be made within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume and other factors.

Preorders:
If an order contains an item labeled as a preorder, that order will not be shipped until all items within that order have become available for processing. To receive your items promptly, we highly recommend placing preorders separately from other preorder items that share a different scheduled release date. It's also recommended to purchase preorders separately from items that have already been release. This will ensure that any items purchased are shipped without delay. If you would like to receive all of your items together in one package, please note that you will not see an update to tracking until the last remaining item within the order has reaching it's processing date. The processing date is typically reached sometime right before an items scheduled release date. The release dates for preorder items may be found on the respective product page of the preorder item under it's description.

Tracking and Delivery:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment via the USPS or UPS tracking services. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the orders destination, weight, item count, and other various factors such as 3rd party shipping delays. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may occasionally impact delivery times. Singles orders valued under $50 may be shipped without tracking, if you would like to request tracking please do so before placing your order via email for phone.

Signature Confirmation:
Orders valued $750+ and payed for through the deathtouchgamingandcomics.com checkout process will be shipped with Signature Confirmation, and will require a signature to receive the delivery. Orders payed for directly, without using the deathtouchgamingandcomics.com checkout process, may be shipped without Signature Confirmation. If you would like to request that your order be shipped with Signature Confirmation, please reach out to us via email or phone.

Lost & Stolen Packages:
deathtouchgamingandcomics.com guarantees the safe delivery of all items ordered. When a package has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier tracking (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not refund or replace packages after they have been marked delivered. Please note: We also do not cover items that are reported as stolen or missing from packages that appear to have been opened, tampered with, or otherwise interfered with during transit. In these cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for mail theft or damage. However, we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can to help recover your package. Please make sure your order is being delivered to a safe and secure location. If you need special accommodations such as signature confirmation or would like your packages delivered by a specific carrier, please contact us at support@deathtouchgamingandcomics.com. -

Mail Forwarding Services:
Deathtouch Gaming And Comics strongly discourages the use of Mail Forwarding Services for order deliveries. Orders identified as using such services may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. For orders that are not canceled, please note that we are not liable for damaged goods, missing packages, or delays occurring during transit to or from Mail Forwarding Services. Our packages are carefully packed with the intention of remaining within the continental United States, and we are unable to assist with any issues that may arise once an order is sent to these services. P.O. Box Addresses:
Deathtouch Gaming And Comics does not recommend using a P.O. Box address for any order when possible, though we will ship to a P.O address when applicable. However, please be aware that your order may be canceled if it cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box due to system limitations related to oversized orders, package dimensions, or other limitations, and you are unable to provide an alternate address upon request. In the event an order has been canceled due to failure to provide a new address multiple times after recommendation has been made not to do so, a 3.5% non-voluntary cancellation fee will be applied upon refund. We strongly encourage using a residential address to avoid potential issues and ensure successful delivery. If you have questions, our support team is here to assist!
